In such cases, information on the guarantor entity and on the special account into which the prepaid amounts (if any) are to be paid is also available to the public at the sales office associated with each development and/or at the seller's Headquarters.
In compliance with Act 2/1999, of 17 March, on Building Quality in Madrid:
- the interested parties are hereby informed that all the information referred to in the aforementioned Regulation, including the Building Book (in preparation or completed), is available to the public at the sales office associated with each development and/or at the seller's Headquarters;
- information is provided on the existence of the report verifying the staking out and the programme of works and permits required to start the construction of the developments; and
- finally, the interested parties are informed that there is no arbitration agreement to settle any disputes that may arise between the parties, nor are there any commitments between the developer and the professionals involved in the construction, whereby they are jointly and severally liable for the quality and proper construction of the building.
