All the information referred to in Royal Decree 515/1989 of 21 April, on consumer protection regarding the information to be provided in the sale and lease of residential properties, is available to the public at the sales office associated with each development and/or at the seller’s registered office, located at Avenida del Camino de Santiago, 40, 28050 Madrid (hereinafter, the “Head Offices”).

For developments under construction, the developer conducts its activities and contracting in accordance with Law 38/1999 of 5 November, on Building Regulation. In such cases, information regarding the guarantor entity and the special account into which advance payments (where applicable) will be deposited is also available to the public at the sales office associated with each development and/or at the seller’s Head Offices.

In compliance with Law 2/1999 of 17 March, on Building Quality in Madrid:

interested parties are hereby informed that all the information referred to in the aforementioned regulation, including the Building Logbook (in preparation or completed), is available to the public at the sales office associated with each development and/or at the seller’s Head Offices;

information is provided regarding the existence of the site layout verification report, as well as the work schedule and the licences required to commence construction of the developments; and

lastly, it is stated that there is no arbitration agreement in place to resolve any disputes that may arise between the parties, nor are there any commitments between the developer and the professionals involved in the construction whereby they assume joint liability for the quality and proper construction of the building.
