All the information referred to in Royal Decree 515/1989 of 21 April, on consumer protection regarding the information to be provided in the sale and lease of housing, is available to the public at the sales office associated with each development and/or at the seller's registered office, located at Paseo de la Castellana 216, 28046 Madrid (hereinafter, the "Head Offices").

For developments under construction, the developer conducts its activities and contracting in accordance with Law 38/1999 of 5 November on Building Regulation (Ley de Ordenación de la Edificación). In such cases, information on the guarantor entity and on the special account into which any advance payments will be deposited (where applicable) is likewise available to the public at the sales office associated with each development and/or at the seller's Head Offices.

In compliance with Law 2/1999 of 17 March on Building Quality of the Community of Madrid:

interested parties are hereby informed that all the information referred to in the aforementioned regulation, including the Building Logbook (Libro del Edificio), whether in progress or completed, is available to the public at the sales office associated with each development and/or at the seller's Head Offices;
notice is given of the existence of the setting-out verification record (acta de comprobación del replanteo), as well as the works schedule and the licences required to commence construction of the developments; and
finally, it is stated that there is no arbitration agreement for the resolution of any disputes that may arise between the parties, nor are there any undertakings between the developer and the professionals involved in the construction whereby they assume joint and several liability for the quality and proper construction of the building.
